Seeing life through pictures? 

If pictures can mark the milestones of your life and measure the level of excitement in your life, then mine is as boring as a blank piece of paper. Just because I got a job and am breaking into the corporate world does not mean i live an eventful life… Don’t you realize how boring adulthood can be? Well, the only exception is if you’re living large, full of night parties and lots of alcohol to make you forget what you shouldn’t remember. 

In honor of the Facebook Timeline option, I scrambled through all of my photos in search of a perfect profile pic and realized that I have not taken a worthwhile picture for ages.  Maybe I will change that and list that on the 2012 resolutions? … We’ll “see” (^_~).  

Oops… I did it again.

Decision making is the most difficult process anyone has to go thru. We never have enough facts to make the best decisions, nor do we have the logic of a sane person. Always, at those crucial moments, we are pulled by emotions, our insecurities, and our adamant push for desired results…

However, I learned today is that HUMILITY is inseparable from good-decision making. Humility prevents us from carrying a baggage full of regrets, and to re-decide.

I’m a hot head who mostly react at these important moments. Sometimes my decision is an attempt at avenging someone I love… but in the end, I’m the one who’s hurt and who had missed out in life.

I’m humble enough to write this and still learning to use it during heated arguments. There are a lot more for me to learn.

Before I end this entry, just want to leave you with these quotes. Someone once said ‘decisions shape our lives’ and H.H. Dalai Lama said, ‘anger doesn’t hurt the other. It destroys ur own being.’

Think upon this realization, with me.

Thoughts

We lose each other bits by bits if we don’t try to get to know each other a little more each day.  TIme passed by, and the person we once loved had suddenly become a stranger.

One night President Obama and his wife Michelle decided to do something out of routine and go for a casual dinner at a restaurant that was not too luxurious. When they were seated, the owner of the restaurant asked the President’s Secret Service if he could please speak to the First Lady in private.
